Testimonials
These are standalone customer quotes that can be use out of context of a case study for sales and marketing projects like email marketing, exhibition posters, corporate and product literature.

Case Study-Based Blogs
Positive and successful stories about your customers make great content for a blog. These can be used in multiple ways such as publishing a case study as a blog, ghost-writing a blog for a customer or using content from several case studies to build interesting and impactful blogs.

Case Study-Based White Paper
Most market, industry or topic-based white papers rely on good, high-quality customer case studies to exemplify and lend credibility to the white paper theme. Case studies can also form the foundation of a white paper. For example, selecting two or three case studies in a specific market sector (i.e. education or finance) or featuring a specific technology to build a white paper relevant to the sector or technology subject.

Articles
The press is far more interested in what customers say about a business or organisation rather than the organisation itself. Therefore, a case study can be used as a published article, acting as an example in an article or as a foundation for a journalist to develop their own story.

Bids & RFPs
Like information in the press, nothing champions a business better than positive customer feedback. Customer endorsement in the form of case studies, case study content or testimonials and quotes is an essential part of effective bids and RFPs.
